Purpose of the Collected Personal Data
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes: to provide you with products and develop the processes involved, such as follow-up, confirmation, information, communication, and the shipment of product samples; for promotional, update, and contracting purposes; to evaluate the quality of the service; and to conduct studies on consumption habits and preferences.
Data Collected and Means of Obtaining Personal Data
The personal data we collect from you, for the purposes described in this privacy notice, are collected personally when you provide them directly to us, through our website when you enter your data, and when we obtain information through other sources permitted by law.
The personal data we collect directly when you provide it through various means, such as when participating in promotions, offers, or when purchasing a product from us.
The data we collect directly and online include: full name, email, phone number, subject, and country. None of this information is considered Sensitive Data as defined by Article 2, Section VI of the Law.
Limitations on Data Use
You can stop receiving promotions, offers, and services via telephone or email by simply sending us an email to: protecciondedatos@polimerossinteticos.com.mx, indicating your full name, position, and company name.
Exercise of ARCO Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold, details of their processing, to correct them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, to cancel them if you consider they are not necessary for any of the purposes contained in this Privacy Notice, if they are used for unauthorized purposes, or to object to their processing for specific purposes, which you must clearly express.
Mechanisms for Exercising ARCO Rights
The aforementioned rights are exercised by submitting the respective request in writing, in Spanish, addressed to the Information Security Officer; or by sending it by email to: protecciondedatos@polimerossinteticos.com.mx.
The time to respond to your request will be a maximum of twenty days from the date of receipt of your access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition request.

The Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection is responsible for overseeing your ARCO rights and ensuring compliance with the Law.
Right to Revoke Consent for Data Processing
At any time, you can revoke the consent you have given us for processing your personal data, so that we stop using them. To do this, you need to submit your request as described in this notice under the “Contact Methods” section.
Your request must include your full name, a simple copy of your official identification or, in electronic media, a digitized version (scan) of the same, the email address, company name, physical address designated for notifications, phone number, and contact email.
Within a maximum period of twenty days from the date of receipt of your revocation request, we will respond regarding its feasibility, by email addressed to you, sent to the email address provided in your request.
Transfer of Data to Third Parties, National and International
Your personal data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the United Mexican States, by individuals other than this company. In this sense, your information may be shared for informational, promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, in accordance with Article 37 of the Law, except for the exceptions provided for in said legal order. If you do not express your objection to your personal data being transferred, it will be understood that you have given your consent for it.
Modifications to this Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, including but not limited to, in response to legislative changes, internal policies, or new requirements for providing or offering our products.
Modifications will be made available to the public through some or all of the following means: visible announcements at our establishment or customer service center, on our website, via email to the most recent address we have for you, or personally through our representatives when you visit any of our facilities.
Information on the Internet
We inform you that when you access our website, information regarding your cookies (see the Definitions section below) and web beacons (see the Definitions section below) is received by us to obtain information such as your browser type and operating system. Control 2000 DOES NOT store information about recently visited websites, links recently followed, your computer’s IP address, or the site you closed before entering our internet portal.
Sensitive Personal Data
We inform you that to fulfill the purposes detailed in this Privacy Notice, NO sensitive personal data will be collected, such as those referring to: kinship, sexual preference, religion, philosophical beliefs, physical condition, health status, disability, medical records, among others.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the following definitions apply:
I.-Cookies.- These are text files that are automatically downloaded and stored on the user’s hard drive when browsing a specific website or internet portal, allowing the storage of certain user data on the internet server, including preferred internet display pages, some keys, and passwords.
II.-*Days.- According to Article 3, Section VII of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the deadlines and times stipulated in days will be counted in business days.
III.- ARCO Rights.- These are the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition, as provided by the Law, forming this acronym.
IV.- Law.- Refers to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010.
