Overview

Solvent-based traffic paint is designed for it application on streets and highways, or any pavement in which a good gloss and resistance is required.

This type of paint stands out for its easy application and duration at low temperatures.

The application of this paint on floors must have a very fast drying and good gloss, for which fast-drying solvents are used. Solvent-based traffic paint is formulated for use on streets and highways, local roads, parking lots, and private property. This is specially suitable for applications in colder environments where water-based traffic paint cannot be used.

At Polímeros Sintéticos we offer solvent-based alkyd resins for the formulation of this type of paint.

Our resins can be adapted to the needs of each customer, in which we apply different solvents in the manufacturing in order to comply with low VOC regulations where required.

Alquidales con aceite de coco o ácido graso de coco considerados como no oxidantes y son mayormente usados como plastificantes para lacas y selladores para madera

ALQUIMEX CC-60X

Alquidal de coco con 60% sólidos diluido en Xileno. Resina compatible con nitrocelulosa, melaminas y urea que proporciona buena adhesión, flexibilidad, buen color y brillo. Recomendado para formulación de esmaltes de bajo horneo, como plastificante para lacas y selladores con nitrocelulosa y recubrimientos de madera en general.

ALQUIMEX CC-60XP

Alquidal de coco con 60% sólidos diluido en Xileno. Resina compatible con nitrocelulosa, melaminas y urea que se caracteriza por su excelente color inicial y retención del color, flexibilidad, alto brillo y adherencia. Recomendado para formulación de esmaltes de alto horneo, en lacas y selladores con nitrocelulosa y recubrimientos de madera en general.

ALQUIMEX CC-70BA

Alquidal de coco al 70% sólidos en Butil Acetato. Este alquidal es libre de compuestos HAP’s, lo cual lo hace un alquidal amigable con el medio ambiente. Resina compatible con nitrocelulosa, melaminas y urea que se caracteriza por su bajo color inicial y retención de color, alto brillo, adherencia y flexibilidad. Recomendado para formulación de esmaltes de alto horneo, en lacas y selladores con nitrocelulosa y recubrimientos de madera en general.

ALQUIMEX CC-80BA

Alquidal de coco alto en sólidos, al 80% en Butil Acetato. Este alquidal es libre de compuestos HAP’s, lo cual lo hace un alquidal amigable con el medio ambiente. Resina compatible con nitrocelulosa, melaminas y urea que se caracteriza por su bajo color inicial y retención de color, alto brillo, adherencia y flexibilidad. Recomendado para formulación de esmaltes de alto horneo, en lacas y selladores con nitrocelulosa y recubrimientos de madera en general.
Son resinas modificadas con diferentes aceites o monómeros que proporcionan buenas propiedades de dureza, secado y adherencia en esmaltes de horneo, industriales y domésticos.

ALQUIMEX SVT-60X

Alquidal modificado con Vinil Tolueno al 60% sólidos en Xileno. Ofrece excelente solubilidad con otros solventes, adhesion y brinda excelente velocidad de secado. Se utiliza para formular recubrimientos de rápido secado, esmaltes industriales y domésticos, primers y aplicaciones en aerosol.
